
A 20-year-old man who, along with five teen boys, was charged in the at Englewood High School has pleaded guilty.
Daylon Benjamin Hill admitted to third-degree sexual assault — a felony — and child abuse Aug. 14, court records show. Prosecutors dismissed five other counts, including child sex assault.
Authorities say Hill and the boys assaulted the girl several times over a matter of hours during a drug- and alcohol-fueled Englewood house party in January.
The girl told police the group ignored her repeated pleas for them to stop after she complained she was in pain. She said they called her derogatory phrases and told the teen she “liked it.”
Hill was 19 years old at the time.
The have not been identified because they are juveniles. Of the four, authorities said two are 16 and two are 15, according to police. Officials have not said how old the fifth boy arrested is.
The district attorney’s office initially said they were weighing adult charges against the five. Arapahoe County prosecutors said an update on their cases was not available Tuesday afternoon.
Hill is to be sentenced Sept. 25.
