FAIRPLAY, Colo. (AP) — A brother and sister have been arrested in connected to a Park County cold case.
KUSA-TV reports (http://on9news.tv/1JOZLv5 ) that 27-year-old Jarrod Moquist faces first-degree murder charges and 31-year-old Audra Moquist faces accessory charges in connection the disappearance and death of Audra’s former boyfriend Evan Graham.
Graham was first reported missing in September 2013. His body was found near Fairplay last month.
