COLORADO SPRINGS — A judge sentenced a former Fort Carson soldier to two years in prison Tuesday after he was , according to a 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office Facebook post.
Staff Sgt. Jacob Warrum, 27, pleaded guilty on June 26 to third-degree arson.
He increased his home insurance coverage days before his house at 7568 Chasewood Loop caught fire, according to Gazette archives. Warrum was honorably discharged from the Army in June, according to his attorney.
