Denver police are investigating an early-morning collision involving a motorcycle that left the rider seriously injured.
The incident was reported by the Denver Police Department Twitter account at 6:21 a.m.
The person who was hurt has not been identified.
The motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the accident on eastbound 6th Avenue and Knox Street.
Police have closed off eastbound frontage road for the investigation.
