A teenage boy was shot in Aurora in the 12000 block of East 30th Avenue.
The shooting happened about 1:39 p.m., police said in a press release. The boy was shot multiple times. He suffered injuries that were not life-threatening and was stable in an area hospital.

Three nearby schools, Park Lane and Paris elementary schools and North Middle School, were on lockdown but that has been lifted.
