A United flight from Dallas to Los Angeles was diverted to the Denver International Airport on Saturday afternoon for a medical issue on board, officials said.

United flight 1822 landed in Denver around 12:15 p.m. after reports of a medical issue and a possible disturbance aboard the aircraft, said DIA spokesman Heath Montgomery.

“When police checked out the incident, authorities decided that no one was arrested, and it was strictly a medical issue,” Montgomery said.

There were no further details about the disturbance or the medical issue.

The passenger was transported to an area hospital, Montgomery said.
