Cartoonist Stephan Pastis, whose strip “Pearls Before Swine” appears in publications across the nation (including The Denver Post), appears live at The Post. Pastis sits down with The Post to talk about the strip, tell the strange tale of how he went from being a lawyer to a syndicated cartoonist, show a number of readers’ favorite strips, and of course, talk about some of the strips that weren’t big hits.
After the discussion, moderated by Denver Post director of operations Linda Shapley, Pastis will sign copies of his new book, “Pearls Gets Sacrificed.” With help from the Tattered Cover, copies will be available for sale in the Denver Post lobby.
