The Denver Police Department is responding to a fatal accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian on Tuesday afternoon.
The accident that left one woman dead took place at 20th Street and Chestnut Place.
Chestnut Place has closed at 18t Street.
The crash was not a hit-and-run, police said.
