The Denver District Attorney’s Office has charged Rogelio Daniels with drunken driving and vehicular homicide for an accident that killed another driver last Friday.
Daniels was drunk behind the wheel and driving eastbound on Green Valley Ranch Boulevard when he collided with a car driven by Haron Horton, 36, at Jebel Street.
Daniels, 38, has an arrest record that includes kidnapping, sex assault, burglary and traffic violations.
Daniels has been released from custody on a $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Denver County Courtroom 2100 at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 20 to be formally advised of the charges.
