Police in the small Weld County town of Ault are searching for a missing 34-year-old woman who disappeared more than a week ago.

Investigators say Tera Lewandowski’s disappearance is “suspicious in nature,” but authorities did not elaborate.

Lewandowski was last seen at 205 3rd Street in the town of Pierce. Police say she is 5-feet 3-inches tall, weighs about 165 pounds and has brown hair, brown eyes and several tattoos.

“She had a purple backpack and a clear plastic bag with clothing,” Ault police said in a news release. “According to family members, Lewandowski is disabled due to a back injury from a past car accident.”

Police ask anyone with information on Lewandowski’s whereabouts to call them.
