But beyond sheer longevity, the early-adopters at Queens, N.Y.-based podcast Keith & the Girl (a.k.a. co-hosts Keith Malley and Chemda Hennessy) have a decade’s worth of influence to celebrate. Before the rise of comedy-centric Q&A podcasts such as “WTF with Marc Maron” (whose host has credited Keith & the Girl for getting him started), Malley and Chemda were chatting up comics, writers and more about pop culture and politics back in 2005.
