Longmont High senior verbally committed to Colorado School of Mines baseball. Peterson announced his news over Twitter:

Peterson, a 5-10, 165-pound second baseman and catcher, was named to The Denver Post’s 2015 Class 4A All-State first team as a junior, and was voted the 2015 Northern Conference Player of the Year.
