1 Indecent proposal. A woman shopping at Dollar Tree, 1407 W. 84th Ave., Federal Heights, sensed someone following her around the store Sept. 22. When she turned around, a man grabbed her arm and tried to force a stack of cash into her hand, saying that he wanted to have sex with her. The suspect ran out the back door when she called for police.

2 Too high to drive? Police were called to the 900 block of East 108th Avenue, Northglenn, by a woman who said her brakes failed and caused her to crash into the back of her neighbor’s trailer Oct. 3. Police found a bag of heroin under the passenger seat of the woman’s car and arrested her.

3 Broken leash. A woman who lives in the 16600 block of East 99th Avenue, Commerce City, was cited because her dog broke its leash in the backyard and charged after another woman who was walking her dogs Sept. 28. There were no injuries.

4 Road rage. Police were called to the intersection of Thornton Parkway and Pecos Street in Federal Heights by a woman who was being harassed by another driver because she did not drive through a yellow light Sept. 16. The other driver was cited for disorderly conduct.

5 Drunken brother. A man called police Sept. 28 because his brother was drunk and threatened to stab him at the victim’s home in the 10700 block of Brewer Drive, Northglenn. The brother was arrested.

6 Abandoned and missing. A woman left her car in the 1600 block of West 85th Avenue, Federal Heights, and then moved to Colorado Springs. She came back later and saw that her car had been stolen Sept. 14. There are no suspects.
