Q: How did you get involved in this business?
A: I have always loved the field of esthetics. Thanks to modern facial skin care technology, the effects of aging on the skin caused by heredity, lifestyle and environmental factors no longer have to be accepted as permanent. Q: What do you like best about your line of work?
A: I love to make clients feel good with a “tangential” emphasis on making them look good. Treating acne has always been very rewarding to me. After about three to six treatments, we are able to see beautiful results. Some of our clients have tried everything including prescription drugs. We have great results in treating acne and scarring. We incorporate the blue light to kill the bacteria and the red light for inflammation along with other procedures. Living in Colorado, we see clients that have a lot of dryness and sun damage and even rosacea.
Q: What is your business’ biggest challenge?
A: I would have to say marketing. Because most of our business is based on word of mouth, we always provide the best skin care service possible to assure word of mouth referrals.
Q: Something people might be surprised to learn about you or your business:
A: Whatever your skin care challenge is, or if you just want to maintain, we have the resources to refer in the office or outsource. We offer everything from basic skin care to facials to chemical peels.
