Jezebel’s new executive chef, John Wilson, is mounting an autumn-centric menu that looks primed to get stomachs ready for the full-bore gluttony of Thanksgiving. With mixologist Josh Burbank in tow, the idea is to showcase food and drink.
Cost for the five-course dinner and whiskey pairing is $100 a person. Jezebel’s sits at 3301 Tejon St. Reservations are required and can be made at 303-433-4060 or online at . The event starts at 7 p.m. on Monday Nov. 9.

Carpaccio amuse
Bisque of Dungeness crab, crème fraiche
Sweetbreads with corn puree, wild mushrooms, apples, peas, bacon, brown butter
Duck with chestnuts, cranberries, crispy leg beignet /duck leg tortellini
Pork belly with braised radicchio, hazelnut spätzle, Maitake mushrooms
Venison with Swiss chard, toasted barley, parsnip puree, currants
