• Because of an error by The Associated Press, a story on Page 1A Tuesday incorrectly listed states where governors have said they will work to comply with the Clean Power Plan, even as attorneys general joined a lawsuit to fight the initiative. Michigan and Colorado are the states where such a split is occurring.
