Yahoo’s explained Thursday why he thinks Carson Palmer and the Arizona Cardinals are the team to beat in the NFC.
“The good news for Carson Palmer is the offensive line for Arizona,” Evans said.
“And I’m still on the record as saying the Arizona Cardinals are the team to beat in the NFC,” he said. “That is my Super Bowl pick. I liked them in the pre-season and I’m sticking to it.”
“But they can’t close, Brad,” interjected Les Shapiro.
“Well, they struggled against the Baltimore Ravens, but I have a gut feeling that they are going to put it together down the stretch. I’m not impressed with the Seattle Seahawks. The Cardinals are going to take the division.”
“Who’s the biggest threat in the NFC — I guess Green Bay,” Evans said. “But I think the Packers line up well against the Cardinals.”
