A person who was in East Denver was later pronounced dead, according to Denver police.
The name of the victim has not been released.
The shooting happened in the 8300 block of East Colfax Avenue, according to Denver police tweets.
The shooting victim was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police have not released any information about any possible homicide suspects.
