Mitch Utterback’s bragging about the military prowess of U.S. special operations troops deploying to northern Syria may backfire; the Islamic State may focus on these troops as a priority target. President Theodore Roosevelt offered good advice concerning military prowess: “Speak softly and carry a big stick.”
