• One Union Square, a 189,000-square-foot, 10-story office building in west Denver was bought by Granite Properties.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC announced the sale of Parkridge Plaza retail and office center, 2009-2099 Wadsworth Blvd. in Lakewood. The property, built in 1979, sold for $6.3 million.

Colorado College has officially dedicated the Kathryn Mohrman Theatre in Armstrong Hall in honor of Mohrman, the college’s president from 1993 to 2002 and the first woman to hold the position.

• Boulder-based InspiringApps announced the retail merchandising app they created for SmartWool has been named the 2015 winner of the Tabby Award in the Data Access & Collection category for iPad.

Wells Fargo awarded a $250,000 grant to Habitat for Humanity’s neighborhood revitalization work in southwest Denver. The grant will help launch the construction of new homes.

Crocs announced that Carrie Teffner has been named the footwear company’s chief financial officer and will join the company in December. Teffner has served on Crocs’ board of directors since June.

• Pre-employment screening service Conspire! opened their third Colorado location at 4980 Kipling St. in Wheat Ridge.

Castlight Health, Inc. and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield announced a partnership to help employers and their employees lower costs and increase benefits satisfaction. During the initial three-year agreement, Anthem will provide its commercial members with access to Castlight’s cost and quality decision-support tools on .

• The Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce has selected education and mentorship program Friends First as a finalist for the 2015 Ascension Award for nonprofit of the year.

• Loveland-based digital graphics producer Circle Graphics has aquired Imagic, a Los Angeles-based printing company focused on serving the transit advertising market. This is Circle Graphics’ third acquisition in the past year.

NorthMarq Capital’s Denver office has made a $7 million investment from a private equity fund in The Ridge at Thornton, a 280-unit development currently under construction near 100th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard in Thornton.

• Marketing and advertising agency AdPro won the 2015 Fastest Growing Companies award in Colorado Springs.

• Boulder’s Altitude Spirits opened a new craft spirits tasting room at 2805 Wilderness Place with a small bar and production facility. The cocktail menu features a rotating list of original recipes using vodka, gin, rum and scotch whiskey.

• Colorado Technology Association hosted its 15th annual APEX Awards, recognizing the individuals, companies and accomplishments that have contributed to the success of the state’s technology sector. Award winners included: CEO of the Year: Dave Wright, CEO and founder of SolidFire; Startup of the Year: BlueFlux; Advocate of the Year: U.S. Sen. Michael Bennett and state Sen. Rollie Heath; Educator of the Year: Denise Gardiner, computer science teacher and department chair at Pine Creek High School in Colorado Springs; Talent Champion of the Year: Mike Hess, founder and director at Blind Institute of Technology; Project of the Year: DigitalGlobe; CIO of the Year: John Swieringa, CIO at DISH Network; Company of the Year: SpotX; and the Bob Newman Lifetime Achievement Award went to Steve Halstedt.

• Colorado’s Westin Westminster announced it has completed more than $2 million in upgrades to its 370 guest rooms and seven suites. The updates include new furniture and technological upgrades.
