ASPEN, Colo. (AP) — A 12-year-old New Castle girl who was injured in an Oct. 26 car crash on Interstate 70 has died from her injuries.

The Aspen Daily News reports (http://bit.ly/1QMGvG4 ) that Amelia Bradley died Monday in a Denver hospital. Her mother, 44-year-old Lori Rink, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say Rink’s husband, Steve Bradley, lost control of their 199 Ford Explorer on a rain-soaked section of I-70. The SEV went off the left side of the roadway, spun and ended up in westbound lanes. A Chevrolet Tahoe struck Bradley’s car.

Steven Bradley was hospitalized with moderate injuries.
