The Loveland Police Department is investigating a 7-Eleven robbery, officials said Thursday.
The robbery took place on Wednesday around 1:42 a.m. at a Loveland 7-Eleven at 4277 Taft Ave., according to a Loveland Police Department news release.
When officers arrived on scene, the store employees said two men entered the store with their faces covered, the release said. One man allegedly brandished a handgun and demanded cash.
The suspects allegedly took an undisclosed amount of money and left on foot, police said.
Police described the suspects as about 5-foot, 9-inches tall with medium builds.
One man was wearing all black including a hoodie, and the other man was wearing a blue and white plaid jacket with a black baseball cap, the release said.
Both suspects had bandanas over most of their faces and wore gloves.
“Investigators are trying to determine whether this robbery is related to other recent robberies in northern Colorado,” police said.
