A Breckenridge masseur was sentenced Monday to 75 days in jail after pleading guilty to unlawful sexual contact.

James Dickerson, 31, was also sentenced to four years probation stemming from an at the Sol Impressions Spa, according to a Summit County District Attorney’s Office media release.

Dickerson, a licensed massage therapist at the time of the incident, pleaded guilty in October. He also pleaded guilty to invasion of privacy, a misdemeanor.

He was also sentenced to four-years of probation.

On Aug. 9, 2014, Dickerson assaulted a female client and the victim reported the incident to Breckenridge police the following day.

Another victim, from a different spa, also came forward to report an inappropriate incident involving Dickerson.

Licensed therapists are subjected to stringent legal requirements that forbid sexual contact with clients. Dickerson’s license, which was granted in 2012, has been revoked.
