Today-Sunday. The annual performance of Handel’s “Messiah” is a big event for the Colorado Symphony and it offers the experience in two very distinct styles. At 7:30 p.m. tonight and Saturday, you can sit back and hear the formal version delivered by the musicians and chorus. On Sunday at 1 p.m., you can get in on the action with the “Messiah Sing-Along,” an alternative treatment that lets everyone jam during those final moments. Since it’s cheaper to hear your neighbors sing than actual pros, Sunday is a much cheaper — $25 for adults, $10 for kids.
