A Denver jury on Thursday convicted a man of shooting two women to death after an argument in 2014.
Jose King, 24, of first-degree murder in the Oct. 29, 2014, shootings at an east Denver apartment, according to a news release from the Denver district attorney’s office.
Jurors deliberated 90 minutes before reaching the verdicts. King shot and killed 19-year-old Amanda Anders and 22-year-old Nancy Worrell at about 11:10 p.m., . King fled and was arrested a short time later.
