Amelia Earhart has been hired back at KUSA-Channel 9,. She’ll return on Jan. 4 to cover morning traffic.
News director Christy Moreno informed the staff Monday that Earhart is expected to “pick up right where she left off.”
, an experienced aviatrix, left 9News in spring 2014 to pursue her goal of flying around the world in a single engine aircraft. She acknowledged in 2013 that she is to her famous namesake.
