Authorities in El Paso County are asking for the public’s help in finding a 76-year-old man, who went missing around 9 a.m. Monday.

Samuel August Leffler is white, 6-foot 2-inches tall and weighs 255 pounds. He has gray hair, green eyes and was last seen wearing an orange hunting hat, tan jacket, black jeans and camouflage boots.

Leffler is believed to have last been in the Falcon area of El Paso County and may be driving a 2002 beige Dodge passenger van with Colorado license 278BGZ.

Authorities say Leffler can become confused and gets lost easily. It is not known in what direction he was traveling.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact El Paso County Sheriff Det. James Lowe at 719-390-5555.
