An El Paso County judge ruled Wednesday to keep sealed arrest documents for the man suspected in an attack last month on a Planned Parenthood clinic.
Chief District Judge Gilbert Martinez said he could reconsider his decision at a later date but that he wants to protect an ongoing and maintain the privacy of victims.
The Denver Post, along with a number of other local and national media outlets, have been pushing for Martinez to release the documents.
Authorities have provided few details on the attack, which the sealed documents could help provide.
