According to your article, the Colorado minimum wage is increasing because “the State constitution mandates [it] be automatically adjusted for inflation each year.” But my Social Security payments are not increasing this year, because the federal government says inflation didn’t increase. Does Colorado use a different way of calculating inflation? If so, how do I, as a Colorado resident, get to use the state’s method?
