Regis Jesuit girls basketballers will embark on their second trip of the season on Friday, when they head to St. Louis.
The Raiders will be in a tournament where “everybody’s ranked,” coach Carl Mattei said.
On Saturday, the Raiders will take on Incarnate Word Academy of St. Louis. On Monday, there will be a game against Memphis Central, which is 18-0.
In December, Regis Jesuit played in California. The Raiders are 8-2 and have yet to lose in Colorado.
“These should help prepare us,” Mattei said, referring to an interesting stretch in early February. The Raiders are to meet local heavyweights Highlands Ranch, ThunderRidge and Grandview over a span of four games.
