If you’ve been looking for views, you know that builders make a big deal about them in situations where the offerings are modest — NOT the case at Whispering Pines. And if you have more time to plan out a move, right now Whispering Pines will let you choose from a very attractive range of sites (including some backing to dedicated Black Forest open space), and still deliver a home expeditiously – not way out in the future, as the market is dictating now in a lot of areas.
Whispering Pines is scheduled for a pool with community center and trails, in addition for the dedicated open space — financed by a metro district – no monthly HOA dues.
