
1 Car robbed by sleepwalker. On Jan. 8, a woman called Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies to report that her car in the 4000 block of South Xenon Court in the Morrison area had been broken into. The woman later told police that she had found her FM receiver in the house and that her son had removed it while sleepwalking. No crime was committed.
2 Trash fight.A man called deputies on his son on Jan. 4 after an altercation over trash in the 6000 block of South Field Street in the Littleton area. The father said his son had not picked up his trash, and threw a bag of it into his bedroom. The son retaliated by throwing the trash into his dad’s room. This went back and forth until it became physical. There were no witnesses and neither was injured.
3 Tires slashed.On Jan. 5, a woman called deputies to report that her tires had been slashed in the 6000 block of South Garland Court in the Littleton area.
4 Gun conversation reported. A man called deputies on Jan. 8 to report two men talking suspiciously about guns at a Le Peep restaurant, 8055 W. Bowles Ave., in the Littleton area. The man said he took a photo of the men and said one seemed to be explaining American gun laws to the other.
5 Steak man reported. On Dec. 28, a woman called deputies about an incident at her home in the 8000 block of West Rice Avenue in the Littleton area. The woman said she had parked in her garage when a man approached and offered her free steak samples. She went inside and the man tried to open her front door. She said she didn’t want the steaks and he began swearing at her.
