Adams County authorities have identified a man who died Monday from a piece of equipment in what investigators are calling an industrial accident.
Edgar Valadez-Diaz, of Denver, was pronounced dead at the Henderson Truck Pit on the 10900 block of East 120th Avenue. The county coroner’s office says he was 40 years old.
Sgt. Jim Morgen, spokesman for the county sheriff’s office, said Occupational Safety and Health Administration were called to investigate the death.
Morgen described the Truck Pit as a gravel yard.
