A Denver elementary school was briefly locked down on Monday morning after a suspicion person was reported inside its campus.
College View Elementary School went on lockdown about 8:15 a.m. and the status was lifted about 15 minutes later when the suspicious person was stopped by district security.
Denver Public Schools said the person was in “custody” and that all staff and students were sage.
Further information on the situation was not immediately released.
The school is in southwest Denver at 2675 South Decatur St.
