Kanye West dissed Justin Timberlake and a number of other beloved things in a rant at his show on Saturday.
Let’s face it: Our lives are better because of .
Actually, let’s just say more entertaining. West’s fans have gleaned hours of playlist fodder from his six () solo albums. West’s legion of haters have found an ever-widening target for their vitriol, as he’s made an art out of being an asshole .
Today, the rapper/producer/fashion designer/ gave both sides of the West divide something they can regale upon in wide-eyed wonder: an insane Twitter soliloquy.

It all started when Wiz Khalifa called out West for changing his album’s name from “Swish” (which, y’know, was pretty bad) to “Waves” (better, but still). As Khalifa pointed out, “wave” is a sub-genre of hip-hop popularized by his idol, incarcerated rapper Max B. Khalifa refused to accept this word could possibly have any other meaning for anyone else:
Max B is the wavy one. He created the wave. There is no wave without him.

Please don’t take the wave.

With perturbed energy of a pitcher full of Five-Hour Energy drinks, West shot back 27 tweets in less than half an hour. T-shirt worthy highlights abound, including three separate tweets about cool pants and the landmark use of a :

But then!

— KANYE WEST (@kanyewest)
And the ol’ mike drop:

Or is it? West continues:

Oh. So…still friends? To his credit, Khalifa stayed pretty quiet through the rant. And why wouldn’t he? Say what you will about his music, fashion sense and humility, but if there’s anything West reigns supreme o’er, it’s the Twitter rant.
