Through March 12. The Colorado Photographic Arts Center has bounced around a bit as its figures out who it is and what it should do in an era when everyone in a photographer. This month, it moves to a new location at Ironton Studios in the art-friendly RiNo neighborhood and celebrates with the exhibit, “Maybe,” by international portrait maker Phillip Toledano, best-known for his shots of people who remade themselves through plastic surgery.
