Denver police cited the driver of a vehicle that rolled near the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and 17th Avenue with careless driving early Sunday.
The man was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, said Doug Schepman, Denver police spokesman.
The accident happened at 5:06 a.m.
