Blustery weather with temperatures rising to the 60s is forecast for the Denver metro area this week.

The National Weather Service in Boulder predicts it will be partly sunny with a high near 60 degrees in Denver on Monday.

Strong winds out of the west northwest of 15 to 20 mph are expected with gusts as high as 30 mph, the NWS said.

The high temperature will drop to 52 degrees on Tuesday before climbing back into the 60s for the remainder of the week, the NWS said.

The high on Friday and Saturday is expected to be 66 degrees.
