One of the reasons I will always remain a subscriber to The Denver Post is that your headline writers are some of the best in the business at making me smile with their clever puns. You just don t get that reading the news online.
On Feb. 26, I was thoroughly amused when I saw the story about the micro-apartments in downtown Denver under the headline Acute living space, which also could be read A cute living space. And in the same day s sports section there was a story about the technical challenges of turning Coors Field into a hockey rink. The clever headline was Ice-cold Coors.
Bravo to your very punny headline writers for keeping me entertained while I am becoming better informed.
