Electronic Arts Chief Financial Officer Blake Jorgensen stated that Mass Effect Andromeda would be released in the first quarter of the company’s fiscal year. If that is the case, Mass Effect will launch January-March 2017.

The news means Andromeda has been delayed slightly as the game was originally scheduled to release holiday 2016 according to the announcement trailer.
Gamers who are bummed about the delay may be excited to hear that a new Battlefield game and Titanfall 2 will release later this year. Jorgensen said both titles would come during the third quarter. Again, that’s going off of EA’s fiscal year which means the games should be out between Sept. 30 and Dec. 31.
