Getting your player ready...

Spider-Man fans rejoice. Your friendly, neighborhood webslinger made his debut into the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the latest trailer for “Captain America: Civil War.”

Spidey makes his appearance near the end of the trailer and, for the time being, seems to be allied with Iron Man in the civil war.

In other news, the trailer begins by recapping some of the Avengers’ previous battles, emphasizing the number of civilian causalities that resulted from the fighting. The trailer mentions the increasing fear the general public has with the Avengers and the devastating battles surrounding them.

Iron Man is all for reining in the team.

“We need to be put in check,” Tony Stark says. “Whatever form that takes I’m game.”

Other heroes make appearances in the trailer as well, including Ant-Man and Black Panther.
