A Colorado Springs police officer was struck by a fleeing suspect’s vehicle Monday night while responding to a domestic disturbance.
Officials say the officer had minor injuries after the collision on the 2100 block of Delta Drive.
The officer was responding to reports of a disturbance in the area about 5:30 p.m. when the collision happened.
Police say they have recovered the suspect’s vehicle but did not identify the suspect or say if the person has been arrested.
