A popular restaurant in Arvada’s Olde Town reopens today,
from the School House Kitchen and Libations said the menu will be updated along with new additions to the whiskey selection — which now total 1,120 offerings.
The restaurant, housed in a 1882 brick schoolhouse at 5660 Olde Wadsworth Blvd.,
The company sold “Schoolhouse Fire Drill” t-shirts in a fundraising effort for staff unable to work through the closure and said 10 percent of sales through April 20 will go to the Arvada Fire Department.
“We are so thankful for all of the well wishes and support that we have received over the past 8 weeks and are excited for you to come in and enjoy something off of our updated cocktail and food menus,” wrote owner Scott Spears in a Facebook post.
The restaurant reopens at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 13.
