A 33-year-old Edwards man has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault of a minor.
Ruben Rueda Martinez was booked at the Eagle County Jail on sexual assault (victim 15-17 years) by someone 10 or more years older, a misdemeanor, according to an Eagle County Sheriff’s Office media release.
An investigation into the allegations began Wednesday when the sheriff’s office responded to a tip.
An investigation is ongoing.
