All residents displaced by a fire at a Littleton senior apartment building last week have been moved to private housing or a hotel, the Red Cross said Saturday.

The displaced at least 67 residents initially, with . By late this week, 14 were still staying in a shelter set up at the Red Cross’ Life Center, 5804 S. Datura St., which also is the resource center for evacuees.

A news release says all but two have been moved to private rooms with private bathrooms that were donated by independent living facilities and assisted-living communities. The Red Cross moved the other two evacuees to a hotel because, the release says, they have long-term recovery needs.

The Red Cross has closed the shelter and placed it on standby.
