“Aside from the success our Shorewood brand has seen over the past 47 years, it is clear to say that our motivation to transition all of our real estate offices under the luxury Shorewood Real Estate brand was to further solidify our roots in the real estate industry,” Eric Estrada, the company’s vice president, wrote in an e-mail to The Denver Post.

Given the strong real estate activity in markets such as Denver, the company “needed to make a bold and strong move” to position Shorewood for future growth and business opportunities, he said.

The company has 20 offices in four states, sold more than 60,000 homes last year and reported a sales volume of $2.6 billion, Shorewood officials said.
