
1 Woman reports suspected burglary. On April 8, a woman called Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies to report what she believed to be an attempted burglary in the 9000 block of West Maplewood Avenue in the Littleton area. The woman noted that two window wells were damaged and the keypad to her garage had been left open. The deputy determined this was likely caused by a repair crew and that no crime had been committed.
2 Window broken during movie. A man called deputies on April 8 to report that someone had broken a window on his car while he was at a movie at Elvis Cinemas, 6014 S. Kipling Parkway, in the Littleton area. The man said there was a 6-inch hole, but nothing was missing and no other damage was evident.
3 Man suspects burglars broke window.On April 9, a man reported that a window on his home the 10000 block of West Brittany Drive in the Littleton area had been broken and suspected burglars tried to gain entry. The man noted he didn’t hear anyone enter his home and nothing was missing.
4 Broken car window reported. A woman called deputies on April 4 to report a broken car window in the 7000 block of South Alkire Street in the Ken-Caryl area. Nothing was missing.
5 Windshield damaged on C-470. On April 8, a woman called deputies to report that her windshield was damaged while she was driving near C-470 and Alameda Parkway in the Morrison area. The woman said whatever hit her car hit with such force that it caused some glass fragments to land on the passenger seat.
