Colorado Springs police officers responding to reports of a shooting Monday night found a person dead.
Authorities were called about 9 p.m. to the intersection of Castle Road and Panorama Drive where they found the person with “traumatic injuries.”
Officials described the victim only as a male and did not release further information on his identity, including age.
Police say detectives are in the early stages of an investigation into the death and that more information will be released when it is available. No suspects have been arrested.
