Living along East Colfax Avenue has its cultural advantages, and this weekend’s examples include the first Colfax Wicked Wander, a pub crawl and scavenger hunt encompassing more than a dozen businesses, including GroundSwell, Twist & Shout, Atomic Cowboy, Coloradical, the Tattered Cover, Annie’s Cafe, Tiger Kim Academy and more. Teams of four will scour eight blocks to compete for $1,500 in prizes, ending with an awards party at Cerebral Brewing. 3-6 p.m. May 21. to register. Also May 21 at the Bluebird Theater, the annual Tellerpalooza school fundraiser featuring sets from Dressy Bessy, Flaural, Shady Elders, Pink Hawks and Teller Elementary musicians. 4 p.m. at 3317 E.
