Commerce City police are looking for three men after a man was shot during an attempted robbery in a parking lot early Monday.
Police went to the lot outside Romantix, an adult entertainment store at 4810 Pontiac St., at 5:02 a.m., said Cmndr. Matt Rippy.
The man was taken to a hospital with wounds that were not life-threatening and had surgery, Rippy said.
Two of the robbers left in a silver Dodge Charger, and another drove the wounded man’s car from the scene.
Police found the victim on the pavement of the parking lot, Rippy said.
